Mariana Tataryn is a business transformation and finance executive with over a decade of experience helping organizations simplify operations, modernize technology, and scale with confidence.
For a decade she led enterprise transformation programs at Big 4 consulting firms, and has since carried that experience to Texas consulting firms, startups, and mid-market companies. Her work spans sectors, industries, and countries — from founder-led businesses to the Fortune 500, across construction, healthcare, financial services, and technology.
She founded Ragovia to bring enterprise-level thinking to growing businesses — simplifying what slows them down, automating what drains resources, and building the systems, products, and strategies that scale.
